Poggio ai Legni is immediately above Pian del Lago, lagoon removed at the end of 1700 by Grand Ducato di Toscana, now became a plain of field, near Siena. Poggio ai Legni is locate in a land made of wide open spaces and little glimpses, an ideal place far away from the main tourism routes.
